Meet LUCAS TOSETTI
Lucas found his passion for sport and fitness early in his life, from competing in soccer and volleyball, to running track and cycling. As a young adult, most of his time was preoccupied with the sport of rowing, where in high school, he was able to find national success. Later in university, Lucas, rowed on the University of British Columbia varsity rowing team, training and learning about the body under one of the nation’s best strength and conditioning programs. He now prefers road cycling and running as his main modes for fitness, and continues to enjoy playing recreational sports.
Lucas was born and raised in Vancouver where he attended school at the University of British Columbia. At UBC, Lucas earned a Bachelor of Human Kinetics in 2021 and has been eager to start his career in health care and rehabilitation.
Lucas will be taking on the role of Rehabilitation Specialist at Life integrative, and will be dedicated to showing clients how to properly take care of their injuries. Specifically, Lucas will aim to correct pain and imbalances through stretching and strengthening muscles associated with the affected area, as well as offering some manual therapy.
