I had the pleasure this morning of speaking with a group of women at Hollyburn Country Club about diet and nutrition.
When it comes to diet I want sustainability. I want you to enjoy your food; to have a good relationship with it.


My top diet/nutrition tips:


1) Know your food sensitivities via symptom analysis, food sensitivity testing or an elimination/challenge diet. Limit or avoid those foods as best as you can.
2) Drink water! (Crazy, I know)
3) Eat to stabilize your blood sugar. Protein or fat with every meal and snack. Eat regularly.
4) Limit white sugar, processed foods and alcohol.
5) Fresh food first.
6) No guilt. Not worth it.
